Why We Chose To Support Mind (Work For Good) Charity

When we first started our clothing brand, our message was clear; we wanted to use positive and uplifting affirmations, using the words ‘I Am’, to help others improve and get their lives back on track, just as we have done in the past. Mental Health is one of the most important aspects of our lives, loosing yourself for whatever reason has a massive impact on your wellbeing; it can be like crawling out of a huge dark hole or sliding down a wall and not knowing how to get back up again.

 

It is so important to us to be able to give back to the community, support and make financial donations to this amazing project, who over the years have helped so many people that were in crisis, overwhelmed, suicidal or at an extremely difficult and mentally challenging time in their lives. In a world where mental health is increasingly recognised as a critical component of overall well-being, organisations like Mind play a pivotal role in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. Mind, a leading mental health charity in the UK, is dedicated to providing support, raising awareness, and promoting understanding surrounding mental health issues.

So, our challenge is to continue to raise as much money for Mind & Work For Good as possible. We have already pledged £500 to this charity, having only launched a few months ago. We have pledged to donate a further amount once we have launched a campaign for one of our “limited edition” garments. We will continue to support MIND & Work For Good and are so thankful for this opportunity.
